✓At least one year floor care experience preferable. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
✓Must be able to interact with all levels of peers, customers and management.
✓Must be able to work safely around chemicals, dust and be flexible with begin and end shift time.
✓Must be flexible with scheduled work times to meet customer demands as well.
✓Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
✓Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
✓Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
✓Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.
✓Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
