Normal/corrected eyesight. Hearing within normal range. Exposure to chemical, electrical, and mechanical hazards.

Operates floor machines – battery operated and electric, buffers, scrubbers, and wet vacuums and extractors. Continuous walking and standing. Lifting up to 75 lbs.

Carrying up to 40lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 75lbs.

Principal duties involve all major floor care project work including mopping, buffing, stripping, and refinishing floors and vacuuming, shampooing and extracting carpets. Duties also include wall washing.

Night Shift · M-F 10:30p-7a, every other weekend
