FOOD INSTITUTE TECHNICIAN - PART TIME

The Food Institute (FI) Technician supports the Food Institute by assisting the Nutrition Health Liaison with essential tasks that contribute to operations helping food insecure patients. This position also supports the Lifestyle Coaching (LC) Program Manager with essential tasks to enroll clients in LC events and facilitate Zoom classes for chronic disease management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving food shipments, rotating inventory, data entry, contacting patients upon referral, enrolling clients in LC programs, scheduling patients for FI appointments, conducting food demonstrations, and transporting food shares to patient vehicles.

The position may include travel to other BHS or community locations.
