This position requires working all listed 10-hour shifts on a rotating basis. Required Shifts Include: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM 8:15 AM – 6:45 PM 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM 4:30 PM - 8:15 PM - Primary Shift on the weekend Every other weekend and holiday rotation is also required. What You’ll Do: Deliver meals tailored to therapeutic diets with accuracy and empathy Collect and process patient menu selections and diet orders Adjust menus based on dietary guidelines and patient preferences Provide warm, attentive customer service to patients and families Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams to ensure satisfaction and safety What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required . 6+ months of food service experience (preferred) ServSafe certification (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read diet orders and perform basic math Comfort using iPads and basic computer systems Physical

Apply today and help us deliver health with love. This position has a starting rate of $18.57 per hour, regardless of prior experience. After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.74 per hour.
After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $22.79 per hour. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
