Works in assigned area(s) assisting with tray line assembly, cold production, plating food items and dish room activities. Follows and ensures departmental standards of safety and sanitation. Keeps the work area clean and participates in cleaning duties to meet required sanitation standards.
Adheres to department policy, and wears designated uniform. Demonstrates good personal hygiene and accepts direction. Follows safety practices, cost awareness and adheres to schedule and assigned break periods.
Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established. Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction.
