BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our patients, team members, and families by joining our food services team. Responsibilities Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary.
Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department.
