Hours: Four- 10 hour days a week. Typically 7am-5pm. varying days between Monday-Friday Role Overview As a Front Desk Clerk you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation. Primarily work in Farmington Hills but will need to cover Royal Oak and Novi clinics as well Verify and enter demographic information, insurance authorizations, and precertification's. Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily. Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy. Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
