✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Licensed with IEMA
Certifications
✓American Heart Assosciation (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire.
✓ARRt (R) registry eligible.
✓Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
✓Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy.
✓Current certification as a radiology technician with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
✓Current American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
✓Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT
✓American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Education
✓Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree
✓High School Diploma/ GED
Qualifications
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
✓Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty.
✓Knowledge of medical terminology.
✓Knowledge of Epic.
✓Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
✓Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.
✓1 year healthcare experience
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
