Fulton Manor, the long-term care facility at Fulton County Health Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions. Deliver wound care according to physician orders and facility protocols, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Adapt to the changing needs of residents and the environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
