General Cardiology APP

Job Requirements Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Viera, Florida . This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong physician collaboration. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced cardiologist who is an excellent mentor, supportive teammate, and strong communicator.

What You’ll Do Evaluate and manage new and established cardiology patients Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments Conduct cardiac clearance evaluations Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans Provide patient education and ongoing cardiovascular management Collaborate closely with the cardiologist and broader care team Position Highlights Full-time, employed APP position with Health First Medical Group Clinic-based outpatient cardiology No call Opportunity for a high level of clinical autonomy Close physician support and exceptional mentorship Gradual volume ramp-up as the practice continues to grow Diverse mix of new patients, follow-ups, and cardiac clearances Established Health First cardiovascular program with access to a broad network of specialists and services Located in Viera, Florida, a vibrant and rapidly growing Space Coast community What We’re Looking For Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Cardiology experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with physicians Commitment to excellent, patient-centered care Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing Come grow with us in Viera - where you’ll have the independence to practice, the support to succeed, and an experienced cardiologist invested in your development.
