Licensure
✓Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin, or eligible for admission upon hire.
Qualifications
✓Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
✓Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in corporate, transactional, healthcare, or business law.
✓Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience managing attorneys, legal professionals, and/or teams.
✓Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial agreements, healthcare transactions, and strategic business initiatives.
✓Demonstrated success mentoring legal professionals, advising senior executives, and leading complex organizational initiatives.
✓Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk, operational priorities, and organizational goals.
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive leadership skills.

Experience supporting integrated health systems, healthcare organizations, academic medical centers, or similarly complex organizations. preferred
Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, managed care arrangements, value-based contracting, and healthcare business transactions. preferred
Experience supporting nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations, governance structures, and board-level matters. preferred
Proven ability to lead change, improve operational performance, and develop high-performing teams. preferred
Demonstrated success implementing legal operations, process improvement, technology, and service delivery innovations. preferred
