Qualifications
✓Minimum 3 to 5 Years of healthcare related experience.
✓Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
✓Ability to evaluate areas in need of improvement and provides input to improve current methods, services, programs or technology.
✓Skilled in public speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including professional staff, patients, community media and other service agencies.
✓Superior interpersonal problem-solving organization and leadership skills.
✓Ability to work collaboratively with Surgeons Mid-Level Providers and other hospital staff.
✓Capable of working well across functions and groups and to build effective teams.
✓Possess creativity, be adaptable to change, and experiment and learn from others.
✓Effectively plan work, considering time, supplies and support required from other individuals and departments.
✓Exercises considerable independent judgment in addressing unusual and sometimes complex problems.
✓Skilled in effectively applying and interpreting policies and procedures.
