Full-Time Base salary: $240,000 â $250,000 annually $3,000 + 5 dedicated CME days Malpractice coverage This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Deliver high-impact, relationship-centered care through the Ascension Living PACE programâcaring for a smaller, medically complex senior panel with the support of a fully integrated interdisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on quality, continuity, and keeping patients safely in their homes.
