We’re looking for an LVN Resource Lead who is excited to provide direct and indirect patient care while helping facilitate the flow and function of the service line. In this role, you’ll perform clinical duties as a member of the healthcare team while supporting staffing, day-to-day operations, staff development, and quality assurance activities. Working under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, you’ll communicate service line concerns, take an active role in problem-solving as directed, and provide professional and technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities Perform direct and indirect patient care as a member of the healthcare team. Facilitate the flow and function of the assigned service line or area.
Routinely communicate service line issues to the Clinical Manager and participate in problem-solving as directed. Assist with scheduling and adjust staffing to meet changing workload needs. Coordinate ancillary, non-licensed staff functions.
Procure supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day patient care. Participate in the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff. Provide professional and technical support to staff and troubleshoot the delivery of patient care.
Respond to requests from patients, families, and other concerned individuals regarding patient care issues. Identify staff training needs and facilitate staff development. Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training, orientation, and education programs.
Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate quality assurance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, laws, regulations, and procedures. Recommend new or revised policies and procedures to the department manager. Serve as the lead in directing patient care activities.
Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Current LVN licensure to practice in California. Minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred.
One year of resource lead experience preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to rapidly adapt to changing patient care needs while maintaining a high level of productivity. BLS certification required and maintained thereafter.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain goal-directed behavior in an emergency situation. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to understand principles of asepsis and sterilization.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills with coworkers and all other customers. Must demonstrate the ability to serve as the lead in directing patient care activities. Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community.
