You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed to provide either advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act OR physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial
✓Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Certifications
✓Nurse Practitioners must hold a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification from the National Certification Corporation
✓BLS/ACLS Certified.
Qualifications
✓Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
✓Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served. preferred
Prior experience or fellowship as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting is preferred but new graduates will be considered.
