Has organization-wide impact for a variety of functions in graduate student recruitment, admissions, enrolled student services, career counseling, professional development, and graduate advising. Evaluates effectiveness of student services operations and implements improvements to enhance service quality and student outcomes. Supports divisional strategic initiatives by translating goals into actionable student services programs. What It Takes to be Successful Required: Advanced knowledge of advising and counseling techniques. Skills in monitoring / assessing people, processes or services, to make improvements.
