Maintains, performs and oversees all grounds related duties. Monitor weather-related conditions and provide lead to oversee snow removal. Clean and maintain exterior lots and campus grounds for trash and debris.
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment, tools and grounds related equipment.
HS diploma/GED preferred
Full MD Driver's license (not provisional or permit) and good driving record
