Groundskeeper

Asbury Village, a leading independent living community in Alton, IL, is looking for a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to help keep our campus safe, clean, and welcoming for our senior residents and guests.

What You’ll Do: Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and common outdoor areas Mow, trim, weed, and plant seasonal flowers Remove snow and ice to keep paths safe during winter months Inspect grounds and report maintenance needs or hazards Operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment Assist with outdoor resident events or small maintenance projects What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) Attention to safety and detail A team player who enjoys working in a senior living environment
