Provides quality classes by preparing lessons in advance and offering classes in accordance with organizational policies. Supervises each participant for safety during all phases of the class and professionally corrects participants as necessary. Greets members and staff with exemplary service and empathy.
Reports all incidences or injuries using the proper forms and submits them to the Group Fitness Manager, following up as required. Ensures appropriate coverage of classes in the case of illness, injury, or vacation.
PRN/ As needed to teach group fitness classes. Typically, once a week or more.
