- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide assistance with transfers, positioning, and other cares as needed and appropriate to the individual's care plan.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating or feeding when needed.
- Provide light housekeeping and other household support related to the individual's care.
- Offer companionship, supervision, and support with daily routines and community activities.
- Provide reminders and other non-clinical assistance permitted within the PCA/caregiver role and care plan.
- Observe and report changes in the individual's condition, needs, or environment.
- Maintain respectful, professional, and person-centered care in the individual's home. Maxim
