Work

Monday - Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, Holiday Rotation will be required. Weekends per dept need. The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital.

This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff. High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure BLS Certification
