Guest Services Representative

Promotes the image of WakeMed by professionally and courteously greeting and assisting visitors, callers, and hospital staff with general information about hospital events and services, physical directions to departmental locations on the hospital campus or other facility sites. Provides accurate patient location information to all inquiring visitors or family members within the limits of confidentiality and privacy.
