The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering quality care to patients with conditions or injury to the upper extremity. Experience with advanced treatment and orthotic fabrication in hand setting preferred. Our ideal candidate is either a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

• Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
• BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy required.
• Valid Kentucky State Board PT or OT License Certification
• CPR, BLS through the American Heart Association.Experience (required and preferred):
• Experience or interest in developing hand therapy skills preferred.
