Researches, develops, designs and/or writes health education materials for internal and external communities. Develops and implements health education courses; conducts outreach programs. Creates and advises related support groups.
Coordinates publicity for programs, events, and related activities. May facilitate projects or activities related to attaining or maintaining accreditation. Develops and maintains information concerning services pertaining to health education and health concerns.
May conduct or participate in research projects related to health issues. Provides skill training related to health issues. Performs related responsibilities as required.
Meets with patients to discuss wellness goals including but not limited to exercise, stress management, and sleep. Measures body composition of patients using available technology.
