✓2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field (Required)
✓Build clean schedules
✓Meet close/reporting deadlines
✓Explain numbers with concise commentary. Understanding of:
✓Local chart of accounts/cost center structure
✓Budget policies
✓Approved KPI definitions
✓Labor Management/ FTE /productivity metrics
