Education
✓Bachelor's degree in the areas of information systems, business administration, health care administration or related field
✓Demonstrated ability to adapt project management approach across different project types (operational, strategic, financial/regulatory, School of Medicine), applying the right approach under the direction of a Senior PM or the Senior Director
Qualifications
✓5–7 years of demonstrated success/results in project management, including having overseen and managed multiple projects
✓Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, employees, and teams to work toward deploying a different future state
✓Strong executive presence, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort presenting to large and small audiences
✓Proven experience motivating high-performing individuals; creates an inclusive and collaborative team environment
✓Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently; demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities
✓Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work deliverables; strong written and verbal communication in all settings
✓Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members
✓Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders
✓Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, matrixed, multi-entity health system environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective. -
✓Comfort working within a matrixed team structure, including being directed by a Senior PM on complex, multi-PM initiatives without a change in reporting line
