Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week How you’ll make an impact in this role This Construction Manager role directs the national framework and strategic oversight for healthcare capital projects, leading project managers and high-level budgets from planning to completion. Manage all construction phases from initial planning through final project completion. Develop detailed project plans and budgets for multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Coordinate site activities to ensure strict adherence to timelines and financial targets. Act as the lead liaison to navigate disputes and maintain alignment with all stakeholders. Rigorously track costs to mitigate budget overruns and prevent financial discrepancies.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Engineer preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and one year of cumulative leadership experience required.
