Education
✓Directly related work experience will be considered in lieu of degree (Ten year’s prior experience with quality data management, spreadsheet design or databases).
Qualifications
✓Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field with continuing education or related experience in computers, software programs or related field is required.
✓Minimum two years work experience with data measurement is required.
✓Two years’ experience working in a healthcare setting is required.
✓Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
✓Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
✓Advanced understanding of multiple applications and relational databases, such as SQL or Microsoft Access required Detailed knowledge of workflow processes required
✓Self-directed and able to work independently
✓Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and data management tools
✓Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy
✓Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
✓Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓Must be able to follow written/oral instructions
