Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Technician

✓Requirements
Certifications
✓or trade related certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical required.
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three years of related preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting experience
✓Requires basic understanding of Windows based software and the ability to utilize preventative maintenance program(s).
✓Demonstrated ability to utilize computers.
✓Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
✓Demonstrated ability to utilize lock-out/tag-out and adhere to life safety policies and procedures.
✓Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read, write and speak English.
✓Demonstrated self-starter and ability to take initiative, escalating issues as needed and appropriate.
✓Demonstrated customer service skills and willingness to work as a team member.
✓Valid Arizona driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
✓This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Prior hospital or clinic facilities maintenance experience preferred.
