About the role

As a Hearing Technician, you will support both clinical and administrative functions within our Audiology department, including:

What you’ll do
Perform hearing screenings utilizingPerform hearing screenings utilizing OAE and ABR testing methods
Obtain and document appropriateObtain and document appropriate patient and family history information
Provide excellent customer serviceProvide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Assist with patient check-inAssist with patient check-in, registration, scheduling, and front desk workflows
Support hearing aid servicesSupport hearing aid services, including non-billable hearing aid maintenance and repairs
