We are looking for a Release of Information Clerk at Howard Memorial Hospital. It is a full-time position working 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday. We are a critical access hospital located in Nashville, Arkansas.
We provide comprehensive patient-focused care in a variety of settings— emergency, surgical, inpatient and outpatient—delivered by skilled medical professionals. Our not-for-profit status ensures that all financial resources remaining after expenses are re-invested in the hospital to improve technology, the facility and patient services. Job duties/responsibilities: Responsible for all Release of Information functions.
Handles all incoming calls for medical records request. Works collaboratively with all HIM department members, as well as other department to ensure continuation of care is provided from HMH. Other duties assigned by the Director of HIM.
High school diploma/GED. Must be analytical, organized, and have attention to detail. One year of hospital experience required.
