Renown Health and University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Neurologist to join our growing and well-supported Neurology program within our Neurology Medicine Section of the Department of Medicine. Vascular Fellowship is mandatory. Strong experience in ICU a must.
Vascular Neurologists round in the NeuroICU treating severe brain hemorrhage, ischemic stroke management, oversee care of complex neurological conditions and prepare the patient for post-acute rehabilitation. Ability to "read and treat" MRI, CT, CTA. The Neurologist will be a part of the Stroke Team when on shift and help teach Residents and medical students as Joint Faculty with University of Nevada Reno Medical School.
