About the role

Provides specialized, non-medical support for PLWH, including peer counseling, outreach activities, and HIV education to clients or potential clients.

What you’ll do
Locates and re-engages PLWHLocates and re-engages PLWH who have been lost to HIV care, determining the barriers that contributed to them leaving care and addressing those barriers
