Assist the Donation DatabaseAssist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments (3,500 cards)

Duties/Responsibilities Processes popcorn project list and mailing labels (400 labels) Handles the popcorn card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (400 cards) Handles the ornament card signers/routing signatures/organizing groups (2,800 cards) Ships ornaments to donors (3,200 ornaments) Research returns on popcorn and ornaments Assist the Donation Database Coordinator in sending the TSRHC institutional cards to departments (3,500 cards) Assists in ornament shipping Fulfills and processes the happy holiday acknowledgement cards (average of 1,500 custom Christmas cards)
