Home Care Medical Office Specialist

Responsible for daily operations of Home Care office functions including but not limited to: patient registration, insurance verification, screens and directs telephone calls, provides service to patients, in their home, on the phone and at the out-patient building. Responsible for all processes relating to patient supplies. Includes patient equipment, oxygen set-up and providing patient education.
