Day Shift Description: Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a Part-time Specialty RN to join our team caring for patients in their homes in Saratoga County. Minimal weekend and holiday rotations!
Teach patients/caregivers about their diagnoses, medications, and help them to become independent with their treatments and self-management of their chronic illness(es) Work in an interdisciplinary approach to care. Discuss complex cases as a team. Care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME Gain new skills (wound vacs, advanced wound care, IV care, disease management and more!) NYS RN License and Registration 1 years RN acute care experience required; Valid NYS RN and DMV Licensure. Strong communication skills to work with other interdisciplinary team members and family members Strong critical thinking skills. Eddy VNRA provides a comprehensive orientation to home health care.

$40.00 - $52.81 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The
