This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Springfield, MO + surrounding areas PPV [ pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - Nurse to schedule visits accordingly No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at the Springfield office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle At Integrity you will enjoy: Weekly pay A variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle 401(k)
