Ensures patient comfort and safety during care activities. Monitors and reports patient progress to health professionals. Assists Home Health patients with activities of daily living such as bathing and personal care.

Helps Home Health patients with instrumental activities of daily living including meal preparation, grocery shopping, housework, laundry, and telephone use. Provides orientation and training for newly hired staff. Maintains accurate patient records and adheres to care protocols.

Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be proficient in the English language. [Required] Reliable transportation. [Required] Must be able to read and write in English. [Required] Demonstrates basic computer skills. [Required] Knowledge of regulatory requirements [Preferred].
