3 years' experience in High Tech and Home care JOB DUTIESProvides direct nursing care, including patient observation and delivery of prescribed treatments.Monitors medical condition of patients and reports changes to appropriate personnel.Maintains patient records and charts to ensure an accurate record of treatment.Provides instructions to patients/families for use of products and services utilizing nursing process to address learning needs.Prepares, hangs, monitors, and discontinues IV fluids.
