St. Mary Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs. Benefits Include: Mileage Reimbursement Telephone Reimbursement Vacation Days No Insurance Benefits Responsibilities include: Assess, observe, evaluate, administer skilled nursing care and teach activities under a physician's plan of treatment to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the agency's clients in their homes.
The RN is responsible for the total management/complete coordination of services provided to assigned cases. Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license by the State of Indiana.
Obtains and maintains current CPR certification and other skills required by the home health agency policy. Must have no less than one year experience in acute care setting as an RN prior to Home Care assignment or experience as required by State regulations. Must have over one year's experience as an RN. 2-3 years experience in Home Health preferred.
Days/Evenings + Call · Days with on-call rotation
