Home Hemodialysis Patient Care Technician PCT

This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease. What You’ll Do Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses Support follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training Requirements Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Flexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays) Willing to train and float across clinics as needed Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, or healthcare experience What We Offer Paid training with ongoing education and career paths Full
