✓Ability to travel as required by the role
One year of direct patient care experience preferred

About the role
As a hospice aide, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients remain comfortable and maintain dignity throughout their end-of-life journey.
What you’ll do
Assist with personal careAssist with personal care, mobility and activities of daily living
Support nutrition, including simpleSupport nutrition, including simple meal preparation and feeding
Provide light homemaking supportProvide light homemaking support related to the patient’s care
Help patients maintain independenceHelp patients maintain independence and participate in activities meaningful to them
Observe and report changesObserve and report changes in a patient’s condition to the registered nurse
