You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
Education
✓Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program
Qualifications
✓Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and required auto insurance for roles providing in-person care
✓Additional licensure may be required for certain telephonic or after-hours assignments.
At least one year of nursing experience; hospice, home health, hospital or community health experience preferred
