Education
✓Bachelor's Degree Required
Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or Master of Theological Studies (MTS) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Field of Study to include completion of curriculum of theological classes.
✓Minimum 1 to 3 Years of spiritual care experience required with emphasis on providing spiritual/bereavement support for Hospice/Healthcare patients and their families.
✓Experience with grief support beneficial.
✓Must possess valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
✓Displays skills and competencies in spiritual care.
✓Initiative and good judgment.
✓Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✓Must be able to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
✓Must be able to coordinate, prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
✓Must be customer service oriented and able to blend strong clinical knowledge with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
✓Excellent interpersonal skills required.
✓Leadership skills and the ability to continuously motivate others.
✓Must be able to speak, read, and write English with excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Minimum of two units of clinical pastoral education preferred through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.
Knowledge of computer systems preferred.

About the role

Provides spiritual support and counseling to patient and family members in the home and in-patient settings as needed as well as for agency staff.
