WORK SCHEDULE40 hours per weekPOSITION HIGHLIGHTSDisassemble, clean, disinfect, sterilize, assemble, and store equipment and supplies used in the Operating Room or Endoscopy. PRIMARY

Assemble instrument procedure trays, packs, case carts, and kits according to the prescribed manner using content listsInspect and tests equipment for function and/or damage; assures good working orderWrap packages of linens, procedure trays, instruments and equipment for sterilization; heat seals; choose the appropriate sterilization process for items and applies the correct sterilization chemical indicator and tapeMaintain assigned work areas and equipment in a clean and organized condition; maintain safety and sterility standards.

Clean shelves, floors, furniture; disinfect and make bed; empty and replace trash and linen bagsStore, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipmentCoordinate and collaborate effectively with other members of a multi-disciplinary team, including MDs, RNs, and other medical support personnelREQUIRED POSITION
