You’ll need
Certifications
✓Ensure completion of timely and accurate monthly financial statements, including monthly operating reports, certifications, disclosures, and forecasts
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or Clinical Discipline required.
✓Completion of the NPH CFO-in-Training Program may be considered in lieu of direct CFO experience.
Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a healthcare setting required, including experience leading hospital or facility-based financial operations (e.g., Director of Finance, Controller, or similar roles).
✓Must live within market being served.
✓Excellent financial analysis skills.
✓Advanced proficiency with software packages including Excel and Word.
Prior experience sering as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior finance leadership role preferred.
Behavioral healthcare experience highly preferred.
