3pm-1130pm Sunday-Thursday To effectively handle communications and codes through the switchboard and to relay calls and messages to the proper person or department using a pleasant, clear phone voice and proper etiquette skills so that customers perceive excellent, competent service. Responsibilities Operates the PBX answering incoming and in-house call requests. Responds to all emergency codes quickly and calmly with appropriate overhead paging.

Contacts patients for an address update as indicated by Supervisor. Reviews updates in the communication book and initial memos. Inventories contents of safe at the beginning of each shift in the presence of a security guard.

Assigns loaner beepers and programs new beepers. Ensures courteous and professional dialog with all customers. Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned Minimum Requirements Special
