Hospital Paralegal

Certifications
✓Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or an Associate/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm setting.
✓Key Skills and Attributes
✓Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proven track record of producing accurate, error-free legal documents and managing complex information with precision.
✓Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully manage a high-volume workload and multiple competing projects/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓High proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✓Ability to exercise sound judgment and absolute discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive legal and patient information.
Previous experience as a paralegal in a healthcare system, hospital, or a law firm with a dedicated healthcare practice. preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems. preferred
Familiarity with contract management systems (CLM). preferred
