Education
✓Bachelor's Degree required.
Qualifications
✓One to three years of experience in Recruitment, Employment, or HR role with increased responsibilities in a hospital environment.
✓General knowledge of industry best practices, processes and procedures.
✓Proficiency in utilizing human resource technology such as (HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
✓Excellent telephone communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service experience.
✓Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic, problem solving and judgment skills.
✓Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and, with composure, work in a fast-paced pressured work environment.
✓Ability to effectively interact with various functional areas, variety of service lines and all levels of organizational staff.
✓Ability to work independently and with moderate supervision.
✓PC experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows or related computer software. Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
✓Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Community First Medical Center.

About the role
Coordinates the talent acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding activities requiring high touch, high service methods in compliance with the Human Resources department policy and procedures. Provides support to the Recruitment team, hiring managers, internal and external customers and colleagues.
