As the primary physician during hospitalization, you'll lead patient care from admission through discharge, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional outcomes. - Provide comprehensive medical care for hospitalized patients in a supportive community hospital setting. Review medical histories, assess patient needs, and synthesize complex clinical information to guide treatment decisions. Develop and implement individualized care plans while educating patients and families throughout their hospital stay. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. May participate in peer review and quality assurance. Other duties as assigned. Practice Details: Join 5 Hospitalist at Buffalo and Tele Hospitalist who cover evening and night shifts. 24 MedSurg beds plus 6

Job Requirements Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine and Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Internal Medicine Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required. Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently
$350,100 to $366,400 per year The pay described reflects the starting base
